Indonesia Infrastructure Week 2016, the largest gathering of infrastrucrue stakeholders and decision makers in the country was officially opened today by the President of the Republic of Indonesia, Joko Widodo. The opening ceremony was also attended by Rosan Roeslani, Chairman of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Kadin), Bambang Brodjonegoro, Minister of National Development Planning, M. Basoeki Hadimoeljono, Minister of Public Works and Public Housing, Rudiantara, Minister of Communications and Informatics, government officials and representative of foreign countries, representatives of state-owned and private companies, financial institution representatives, and other stakeholders of the construction and infrastructure sector.
Indonesia International Infrastructure Conference & Exhibition (IIICE), now in its 6th year, is the largest national forum for government and private sectors to come together with the aim of building partnerships, sharing knowledge and cultivating the transfer of technology among decision makers driving Indonesia’s critical national infrastructure.
